He has always tried to give back to the community in Gibsons, the most notable program being the donation of benches to all the bus stops that needed them in Gibsons.
After meeting Chef Paul Haldane as a client, they developed a close friendship and when this opportunity came together, Tony didn’t hesitate in investing in Paul and his concept for The Nova Kitchen.

We want to make sure the locals come in and that’s why all of our marketing is dedicated to getting locals in to try The Nova Kitchen. Our big deck and location will fill us up with tourists in the summer but it’s the locals that keep the lights on. That's also the beauty of Chef Paul's ever changing, seasonal menu...always something new to try!
